Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every new company gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. You are only asked to pay once you decide to keep going.
What happens if my team grows past a price band?
Your price adjusts automatically to the new band based on your live member count. No manual upgrade and no renegotiation.
Is anything held back for a higher tier?
No. Every feature is included at every team size. You only pay for how many people use Q13, never for which features you are allowed to use.
Who counts toward the member total?
Anyone with access to your company in Q13. Adding someone to a team does not add a second charge.
Is MyRecall really included?
Yes. Everyone on your team can use MyRecall's free plan and connect it to Q13, so their priorities, to-dos and meetings show up in their own day. MyRecall Pro is optional, and each person pays for it on their own if they want it.
